Joint Statement Weimar Triangle
The Paris Bar, the German Bar Association and the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates met in Warsaw on 7 January 2020 on the occasion of the swearing-in ceremony of advocate-trainees. They adopted the following statement with regard to the current legislative reforms in Poland which would further curtail the independence of the judiciary in Poland.
